This on-site role collaborates with sales, purchasing, and structural specialists to deliver timely, precise quotes from blueprint to final bid.

The estimator will analyze blueprints, size components, and coordinate with ERP and layout software to ensure pricing accuracy and project viability for local construction

Qualifications

• Read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, and project scopes for accurate material takeoffs using ERP software.
• Prepare polished quotes and coordinate pricing with purchasers and sales teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project viability and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans and generate material lists and takeoffs for bids and sold projects.
• Finalize small and large quotes; ensure accurate pricing and presentation to customers.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings with sales, purchasing, and engineering teams.
• Assist in sizing headers/structural components and troubleshoot plan issues on drawings.
