HMI Hardwoods, part of the Baillie Group, is hiring a Lumber Stacker/General Laborer at our Clinton, MI facility. The role involves sorting and stacking lumber, assembling bundles for forklift removal, and maintaining bundle quality.

Overtime pay is available and comprehensive benefits including health and life insurance, paid vacation and holidays. Previous warehouse experience is preferred; high school diploma is not strictly required.

Qualifications

• Identify sort numbers for the carts you are responsible for.
• Pile boards with the longest at the top and edges free of knots and defects.
• Build each bundle until full and finish with a neat top layer; push out for forklift to remove.
