Job summary

The Budd Group at our Donalds, SC facility is hiring for Lumber Stacker / General Laborer. If you have worked as a warehouse worker or in any entry-level general labor role, you’ll be a great fit for this position. These roles offer full-time or part-time schedules with a world-class hardwood lumber manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a warehouse worker is preferred.
• Previous experience as an entry level worker is preferred.
• Previous experience working on a farm is a plus.
• High School degree is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify the sort numbers for the carts and pull boards into the correct carts.
• Pile the boards with the following criteria: edges free of knots, wane, writing and other defects; longest pieces on top/bottom/outside.
• Bundle must be square with edge boards against the pipes of the cart; finish with a top layer, then push the bundle out for forklift removal.
