Qualifications

• Able to communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Proven reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate splitting equipment to divide lumber packs for treating.
• Use stacker to place sticks between lumber layers for treating.
• Utilize delather to remove sticks after treating.
• Identify lumber sizes and match barcodes to units.
• Attach tags and placards to lumber with bander or stapler.
• Wrap and ship lumber units securely for customers.
• Complete safety forms, checklists and permits.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures as required.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and cooperate with coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
