Job summary

Berco Redwood/Berry Lumber, Inc. is seeking a Class C Delivery Driver to safely deliver redwood, decking, lumber, hardware, and related materials to residential and commercial customers. The role supports yard operations, maintains vehicle and paperwork, and emphasizes courteous service.

The position requires a valid Class C license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Full-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class C driver's license required.
• Clean driving record with safe driving history.
• Prior delivery/yard/warehouse/construction experience preferred.
• Familiarity with building materials is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class C vehicles such as pickup/flatbed trucks.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Deliver lumber, building materials, and related products to customers.
• Follow delivery routes and communicate status to dispatch.
• Read and interpret delivery instructions and work orders.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and signatures.
• Assist with yard operations, stocking, and material preparation.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and proper material handling.
