Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is hiring for Assemblers and Machine Operators in New London, NC. You will build quality lumber products using hand tools and machinery, measure and assemble components, and operate saws safely on a fast-paced line.

We offer an incentive bonus program, a consistent first shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) with overtime opportunities, and a full benefits package after the initial period, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Basic math and tape measure reading.
• Strong team attitude and punctuality.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble lumber components using pneumatic and manual tools.
• Safely set up and operate saws and production equipment.
• Move, stack, and secure raw lumber and finished products.
• Inspect materials and follow plant safety standards.
