Job description

General Labor

• Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments (example: hot sun, cold, wet weather, mud, etc.)
• Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
• Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods during a 10 hour shift
• Be able to lift 50lbs or more, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
• 40 hours per week, and overtime as required
• Physical work is a primary part (more than 80%) of the job
• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Must be a team player and able to work between multiple departments to reach a common goal
• Must wear required personal protective equipment at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, etc.)
• Advise immediate supervisor of any safety or job related problems
• Must comply with all OHSA safety requirements and regulations

Operators

• Loading and Unloading of materials off trucks
• Moving materials to areas around the site
• Staging materials
• Removing pallets and trash from rows
• Setting torque tubes (if needed)
• Assist laborers at times when needed
