This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing worksites, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment without the requirement of operating company vehicles. Job Responsibilities \* Assist with the assembly and installation of solar panels, wind turbine components, and other renewable energy infrastructure. \* Perform general site cleanup and organization, including debris removal, sweeping, and material handling. \* Dig trenches, excavate foundations, and prepare ground for construction activities using hand tools. \* Load and unload materials and equipment, moving them to designated areas on the job site. \* Operate small hand tools and power tools as directed and trained. \* Follow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. \* Support skilled craftspeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, ironworkers) with various tasks. \* Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and equipment. \* Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
