Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site automotive maintenance role in Midland, TX. You will perform preventive maintenance on a fleet of newer vehicles across multiple brands, including oil changes and tire services, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or prior automotive maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on a fleet of vehicles including oil changes, fluid services, tire changes, rotations, and basic repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards while working on diverse newer vehicles across brands.
• Assist senior technicians as experience grows and take on additional maintenance tasks.
