Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician to perform oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments, and basic maintenance. The role includes driving customers, picking up parts, and keeping the shop clean and organized.

You will operate the company vehicle, perform multi-point vehicle inspections, and report safety concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors and/or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Operates the company vehicle safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections following all guidelines.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, and rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services as directed by the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and documents vehicle condition as needed.
