Job summary

Scally’s Lube & Go in Dunnellon, FL is seeking an experienced Lube and Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. The role includes performing oil changes, tire mounting/balancing, basic inspections, and fluid/top-off work in a fast-paced shop.

We offer a full-time position with opportunities for advancement. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lube/tire or automotive maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience operating tire mounting and balancing equipment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services.
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings.
• Check and top off fluids (engine oil, coolant, transmission, brake fluid, etc.).
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and batteries.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Complete other delegated tasks as assigned.
