Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician to perform oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments, and related tasks. You may drive customers, pick up parts, and keep the shop clean while upholding safety standards.

The role requires reliability, physical endurance, and willingness to work five days including Saturdays, with competitive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from residences or businesses using company vehicle.
• Pickup parts, tires, and supplies from vendors or the corporate office.
• Operate company vehicle in a safe, courteous manner following traffic laws.
• Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections per guidelines.
• Perform tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Perform oil changes and other basic services as directed by the Shop Foreman.
• Document vehicle condition using the Multi-point Inspection/Repair Order.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns.
