Interstate Ford in Miamisburg, OH is hiring Lube Technicians for our fast-paced Service Department.

No experience is required, and we offer paid training plus a clear growth program that rewards your progress. Qualifications

• Lube tech or automotive experience is a plus—but not required.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs daily.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow.
• Must pass a background check and provide solid references.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other entry-level maintenance tasks.
