Job summary

Yoder Chevrolet is hiring a Lube Technician to maintain vehicles with speed and accuracy in a team-driven environment.

You will perform routine maintenance, inspect for issues, and document all work in the service system while growing your skills through ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification a plus.
• At least 1 year of automotive technician or lube tech experience.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, fluid services and maintenance tasks.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and performance, identify maintenance needs.
• Replace filters, wipers, brakes, belts and other components as needed.
• Accurately record all work in the service system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and participate in ongoing training.

What You’ll Do

As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You’ll perform essential maintenance and repairs on all makes and models with speed, precision, and professionalism.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing oil changes, tire rotations, alignments,fluid services, maintenance service and alignments.

• Inspecting vehicles for safety and performance issues and identify maintenance needs.

• Replacing filters, wipers, brakes, belts, and other components as needed

• Accurately recording all work performed in our service system

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• Participating in ongoing technical and professional training

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or ASE certification a plus)

• At least 1 year of automotive technician or lube tech experience required.
