Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Michigan is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to service vehicles, rotate tires, inspect systems, and perform fluid changes following established standards. You will check oil, tires, filters, wipers, brakes, transmission and coolant while delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate may have automotive training or experience; a clean driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy objects are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while servicing.
• Checks fluids and maintenance parts and tops-off or replaces as required.
• Performs routine service inspections and standard maintenance.
• Ensures documentation complies with regulations and standards.
• Maintains shop appearance and safety; assists with inventory.
• Follows shop policies, safety, and environmental rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
