Don Johnson Motors in Wisconsin is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance and inspections in a modern shop. You’ll learn from experienced technicians and have opportunities to grow toward Master Technician status as you progress through paid training and certification tracks.

No prior experience is required—we’ll train you. You’ll join a team that values hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude, with a clear path to ASE certification.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Desire to learn and advance in automotive field.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and safety inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Communicate effectively with service and parts departments.
• Identify maintenance needs and assist senior technicians.
• Accurately document services performed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
