Job summary

Take 5 Oil is looking for a Certified Technician to join our Memphis team. You will learn and adhere to standard operating procedures for oil changes and related services, while delivering fast, friendly service to every customer.

You will assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs; maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; and communicate effectively with teammates to ensure a smooth workflow and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures for oil changes and related services.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide an exceptional and professional customer experience.
• Complete required Rally Point training modules to achieve Certified Technician status.
