Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is actively seeking Lube Technicians to join our expanding team across multiple states. This role focuses on oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while embracing ongoing training to keep up with evolving automotive technology.

We offer weekly pay, uncapped earnings through bonuses and commissions, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Previous Lube Technician experience is a plus, 1-3 years.
• Must have basic tools
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be flexible with work hours and able to work weekend
• Must be self motivated and able to work well with others
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

Responsibilities

• Oil changes, tire rotations, tire patch, etc.
• Replacing head lights and bulbs
• Performing multi-point inspection
• Maintaining a clean and safe work space
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology

Responsibilities
