Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC in the Scottsdale area is seeking a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You will use lifts and hand tools safely to deliver quick, quality service, ensuring customers leave confident in their vehicle’s care.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, with a willingness to train and pass a background check. Prior lube or auto maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Experience in lube services or auto maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old or older where required by law.
• Valid driver's license preferred (location dependent).
• Ability to complete training and safety certifications.
• Must successfully pass a background check per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids including coolant and brakes.
• Inspect and replace basic components like air filters and wiper blades.
• Use vehicle lifts and safety equipment properly.
• Follow SOPs for inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain service documentation and logs.
• Communicate findings to customers clearly and respectfully.
• Keep lube bay, tools, and equipment clean and safe.
