Job summary

Grease Monkey International in Parker, CO is seeking an entry‑level Lube Technician to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will perform basic vehicle maintenance and learn shop operations.

Responsibilities include replacing filters, batteries, and wipers, checking fluids, and ensuring safety standards while upholding grooming and time‑keeping discipline. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, good communication, basic math, willingness to learn, and the ability to work with tools

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; basic math competency.
• Ability to safely and properly use mechanical tools without damaging vehicles.
• Demonstrated self‑accountability, teamwork, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Replace air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers.
• Check and adjust under‑hood fluid levels.
• Test, service, and replace vehicle batteries.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Conduct visual safety checks and look for fluid leaks.
• Maintain industry safety guidelines.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform guidelines – uniforms provided.
• Show timely attendance and accurate time‑record keeping.
• Perform basic shop maintenance and daily cleaning.
• Use shop computer and register as needed.
• Support a respectful and healthy workplace environment.
• Complete all required training and attend team meetings.
• Support clean and safe customer and employee areas (mopping, window washing, lawn mowing, litter clearance, snow/ice removal, restroom cleaning) as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Type: Part Time

Salary: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general vehicle maintenance:
  • Replace air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers
  • Check and adjust under‑hood fluid levels
  • Test, service, and replace vehicle batteries
  • Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure
