Candidates should have 1 year of lube tech experience or recent auto tech graduation, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

1 year of lube tech experience or recent auto tech graduate preferred.
Hold a valid driver’s license and automotive insurance.
Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
Basic knowledge of shop equipment and alignment systems.
Willing to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs per maintenance orders.
Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
Explain diagnoses and required repairs to service advisors and customers in non-technical terms.
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
Basic maintenance including tire rotations, tire replacement, brake inspection, fluids, lubrication, batteries, and lighting.
