Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Lube Technician/Ground Person in Arkansas to support preventive maintenance and daily plant operations. You will lubricate bearings, inspect equipment, and assist with maintenance tasks to keep the plant running reliably.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with safety-minded teamwork and strong attention to detail. A $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Apply lubricants to conveyor bearings, crushing equipment bearings, and other plant components.
• Perform thorough visual inspections of equipment and plant areas.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommend servicing or repairs.
• Operate a skid steer and other assigned equipment safely.
• Wash down and maintain plant areas to support housekeeping.
• Assist with plant maintenance tasks and general labor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, team-oriented work environment.
