Job summary

Lexus of Lubbock, Texas, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a talented Part-Time Lube Technician to join our growing team and help Make Confidence Happen daily. If you’re passionate about automotive service and ready to contribute to a trusted local dealer, you’ll feel at home here.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, inspect vehicles, and support colleagues with a commitment to quality and customer care. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and technical resources a plus.
• Excellent manual dexterity skills, patience, creativity, good judgment, and an eye for detail.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drain engine oil & refill with suggested viscosity & quantity.
• Replace oil & air filters when needed.
• Rotate tires & inspect brake pads.
• Check & adjust tire air pressure.
• Complete multi-point inspections on every vehicle.
• Inspect & refill fluid levels of key components.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Other duties as assigned.
