Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills is hiring motivated Lube Technicians to join our fast-paced Service team. This entry-level opportunity offers a clear pathway for long-term advancement in automotive service with production-based incentives and comprehensive training.

Join a busy, well-organized shop with 9 bays, plus a quick-lube area, supporting technicians and a strong culture of mentorship. We provide paid training, competitive pay, and plenty of room to grow within the Service department.

Qualifications

• Entry-level automotive or quick-lube experience (import or Nissan preferred).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Minimum age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Document services performed clearly and correctly
• Communicate maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors
• Support Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed
