Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Valid driver's license without restrictions required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform transmission lubrication service and oil changes.
  • Execute diagnostic testing and relay repair information for approval.
  • Inform management of additional recommended work.
  • Complete repairs and service orders accurately and timely.
  • Follow safety guidelines and handle hazardous waste properly.
  • Maintain professional customer interactions and documentation.
  • Complete required training and certifications.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
