Victory Automotive Group in Whittier, CA is seeking a diligent Automotive Lube Technician to service vehicles and perform fluid changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. You’ll check fluids, tires, filters, and maintain high customer satisfaction with professional service.

The ideal candidate may have automotive training or experience; requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
