Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to service vehicles by performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. The role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork, customer service, and professional conduct in a busy shop.

The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and basic computer skills. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a friendly, equal-opportunity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Mantains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned
