Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Los Angeles, part of Lithia Motors, is hiring a Lube Technician. This full-time position offers hands-on training in a high-volume service department and access to manufacturer tools and knowledge.

You will perform routine maintenance such as oil and filter changes, tire rotation and balancing, fluid checks, multi-point inspections, and keep accurate service records. A valid driver's license is required; automotive experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Automotive experience preferred (2 years) but not required.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer service procedures.
