Job summary

Grease Monkey® is seeking a Lube Technician to join our service centers in the United States. You will perform full-service oil changes and inspect the underside of vehicles quickly, safely, and accurately, ensuring proper gaskets, drain plugs, filters, and leaks are addressed.

You will work with a team to deliver fast, precise service in a clean, safety-focused shop. The position emphasizes customer service, safe vehicle operation, use of hand tools, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills demonstrated in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency using basic hand tools for automotive work.
• Strong attention to detail for correct oil changes, inspections and reports.
• Previous experience as a lube technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform full-service oil changes and inspect the undercarriage.
• Ensure correct gaskets, drain plugs, oil filters and leak checks.
• Check and fill gear boxes and perform additional services as needed.
• Assist with safety and quality checks before completion.
