Job summary

The Lube Technician position at Lube Management Corp is an entry-level role within a fast-paced service environment. You will contribute to delivering complete vehicle services, following standard procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe shop.

Training is provided through ASE-accredited programs to develop skills quickly. We offer flexible hours, competitive starting pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work in outdoor conditions.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Exposure to outside weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to customers following procedures and standards.
• Assist customers in selecting preventive maintenance options.
• Drain oil and replace filters.
• Check and replace automotive fluids as directed.
• Enter service information and communicate with customers.
• Assist with advertising and store promotions.
• Follow OSHA and EPA standards and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Be available to work at nearby locations as needed.
