Jiffy Lube / Lube Management Corp is seeking a Lube Technician to join a fast-paced team focused on oil changes, filters, and basic maintenance. You will help customers with preventive maintenance while maintaining a clean, safe shop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to customers following procedures and standards as outlined by management for Signature Service and ancillary services including, but not limited to oil changes and related maintenance.
• Talk to customers and begin initial service requests by entering information; make recommendations based on manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Complete sales transactions when needed and assist with advertising; ensure OSHA/EPA standards are followed.
• Keep the facility clean and safe, and be available to work at nearby locations as required.
