Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to service vehicles per established standards, including tire rotation and multi-point inspections. The role requires an unrestricted driver’s license, ability to work in a fast-paced team, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate may have prior experience or willingness to learn; basic computer skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with safety and customer service orientation.
• Basic computer and internet skills required.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards; stock inventory and perform general duties.
• Follows shop policy, safety, and environmental rules; attends trainings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
