Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training available.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is required.
• Ability to learn dealership systems and diagnostic tools is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements and lubrication services.
• Rotate, balance, and inspect tires.
• Inspect vehicles using multipoint inspection standards.
• Perform basic diagnostic checks and battery testing.
• Check and top off fluids and maintain proper levels.
• Document findings in the MPI system accurately.
• Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist senior technicians with basic repair tasks.
• Communicate vehicle concerns to Service Advisors.
• Assist with shop cleanup and closing duties.
• Support express lane workflow during peak hours.
