Job summary

Express Care is seeking an experienced Lube Technician / Automotive Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Illinois. We offer a competitive hourly base and a sign-on bonus, plus a monthly performance bonus and a weekend day off on Sundays.

You will perform oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and other shop tasks, maintain a clean, safe bay, and communicate maintenance needs to shop managers. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lube Tech or similar automotive service role is preferred.
• Reliability and strong attendance required.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid Driver's License required to move vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and chassis lubrication.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections (fluid levels, battery health, tires, belts, wipers).
• Communicate maintenance needs clearly to shop managers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay.
• Assist with general shop maintenance and minor automotive services.
