Job summary

All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Midland is seeking a skilled automotive technician to diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs per Lithia and manufacturer standards, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality. You will document all work on repair orders and maintain an organized workspace with safety in mind.

We seek detail-oriented team players with strong communication and a valid driver's license, and offer opportunities to earn ASE and manufacturer certifications through Lithia training

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication.
• Automotive technical knowledge.
• No previous experience required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete work according to safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately document time spent repairs on repair orders.
• Document work performed and test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace and ensure customer vehicles are returned clean.
