The role requires maintaining a clean, safe workspace, effective communication with colleagues, and completing Rally Point training to become a Certified Technician.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures for oil changes and related services
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Provide an exceptional and professional customer experience
• Complete required Rally Point training modules to achieve Certified Technician status
