Paul Thigpen Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to perform basic maintenance and inspections in a hands-on role. You will gain hands-on training, manufacturer support, and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Automotive Technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Inspect vehicles for wear and damage and communicate findings to service advisors or senior technicians.
• Check and adjust tire pressure and refill fluid levels as needed.
• Install new oil filters and drain plugs.
• Lubricate fittings and perform general vehicle upkeep.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections following dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and attention to detail.
