Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a skilled Lube Technician for our Toyota/ Chevy Service team in Guam. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic part replacements to maintain vehicle safety and reliability.

We value detail-oriented, safety-minded professionals who can work independently or with the team. ASE certification is a plus, and a Guam driver’s license is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred.
• Holds a Valid Guam Driver’s License.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Rotate tires and check tire pressures.
• Inspect vehicles for leaks, wear, and potential concerns.
• Top off fluids including brake, power steering, and windshield washer fluid.
• Replace basic parts such as filters, batteries, and wiper blades.
• Lubricate moving components and maintain engine cleanliness.
• Create clear service reports for customers.
• Coordinate with shop leaders when issues are identified.
• Recommend additional services and explain long-term value to customers.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled.
