Job summary

Coastal Cadillac in South Carolina is seeking a motivated individual for an entry-level Lube Tech role where you’ll train to become a Master Technician. We provide certified ASE and OEM training to advance your career within our family-owned dealership.

You’ll join a collaborative shop with a focus on safety, quality, and growth, earning competitive pay as you acquire skills, plus benefits and time off as you progress along the path to mastery.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; we hire for attitude and train for skill.
• Must pass standard drug test and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks).
• Learn from senior technicians and progress through hands‑on training.
• Maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and quality in a fast‑paced environment.
