Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is seeking a Lube Tech in WA to perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on fleet vehicles. You will work a swing shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) with some flexibility; hours may vary, and weekend work is required.

The role includes travel between job sites, operating from a company service truck, and collaborating with the shop team to keep gas and diesel trucks and trailers in top condition.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform DOT annual and brake inspections per DOT regulations.
• Clean MVR required.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and working outdoors.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Automotive troubleshooting or welding experience is a plus.
• Motivated, organized, and self-directed with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on gas and diesel trucks and trailers.
• Travel to and service multiple outdoor job sites.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Communicate clearly with the shop manager and mechanics.
• Use basic preventative maintenance tools (required).
• Assist with other shop or fleet needs as assigned.

• Pay: $28.00 – $31.00/hr.

Day in the Life
