Bowser Automotive seeks a motivated Lube, Oil & Filter Technician to join its Service Department in Pennsylvania. You will perform routine maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections while ensuring accuracy and safety. Training is available for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required. You will work with service advisors, customers, and fellow technicians to maintain high standards

What You'll Do

As a Lube, Oil & Filter Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance services while helping keep our customers' vehicles safe and properly maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Perform tire rotations.
• Complete routine vehicle maintenance services according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles and identify potential maintenance or service needs.
• Accurately document work performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Manage multiple service tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate professionally with Service Advisors, customers, technicians, and management.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, OSHA, and safety procedures.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• Previous automotive service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self-motivated and dependable work ethic.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic hand tools required to perform assigned services.

Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings is required.
