What You'll Do

As a Lube Technician, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional service by performing routine maintenance and supporting our experienced technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine vehicle maintenance
  • Inspect vehicles and recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
  • Check and top off vehicle fluids
  • Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers, and batteries
  • Perform tire repairs and installations
  • Conduct multi‑point vehicle inspections
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Learn and develop advanced automotive repair skills through ongoing training
Qualifications
  • 6 months to 2 years of automotive experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Work with vehicles on lifts above shoulder height
  • Work comfortably in confined spaces as required
  • Use hand tools with precision and dexterity
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the workday
  • Maintain a productive pace in a high‑volume shop
  • Navigate computer systems for inspections and repair documentation
