Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing diesel engines and equipment, with emphasis on accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety standards.

Night and weekend shifts may be required as part of a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus vocational diesel training and substantial repair experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in diesel technology preferred.
• Considerable experience in diesel repair and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
