Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is looking for a Lube Technician to join our team at Kia of Dayton. This Express Service role offers a path to advancement in a fast-paced service environment.

You will complete multi-point inspections, perform repairs per repair orders, inspect for additional work, keep vehicles and the shop clean, follow hazardous waste regulations, and use diagnostic software as needed. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life, 401k, weekly pay, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use PC applications for training and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional work is necessary.
• Ensure customer’s vehicles are kept clean.
• Keep Service area neat and account for dealership tools.

Responsibilities:

• Complete multi-point vehicle inspection form.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with facility and factory standards.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional work is necessary.
• Ensure customer’s vehicles are kept clean.
• Keep Service area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools and equipment.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.

• 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Ability to use personal computer applications related to training and vehicle diagnostic software.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Manual dexterity.
