Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and fluid checks.
• Inspect, replace, and service engine and cabin air filters and other applicable filters.
• Check and fill vehicle fluids; inflate tires as needed.
• Operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Use service systems, point-of-scale equipment, and diagnostic lookup tools.
• Explain recommended services and products to customers professionally and accurately.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate service records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment inside and outside.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain required Jiffy Lube training and certifications.
• Assist with customer greeting, phone calls, transaction, stocking, and other store duties as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive customer-service attitude.
