Bob Loquercio Auto Group in Goshen, IN is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our high-volume service department. You will perform oil and filter changes, communicate oil levels to teammates, and help ensure vehicles leave the bay safe and well-maintained.

This hands-on role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering excellent customer service. We provide hands-on training, modern tools, uniforms, and clear career paths to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service environment preferred.
• Ability to perform oil changes and basic vehicle inspections.
• Comfort communicating with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil levels to service teammates.
• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and correctly.
• Ensure proper tire pressure on vehicles.
• Inspect, top off, and refill vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Install oil filters and drain plugs.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Deliver excellent customer service with attention to detail.
