Job summary

Toyota of Fayetteville, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Lube Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will work in a fast-paced service environment, performing lubrication and basic maintenance to help vehicles operate safely and reliably.

We value teamwork and initiative. You will communicate with Service Advisors, follow manufacturer standards, and help keep our shop clean and efficient.

Qualifications

• Interest in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Brand knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge to repair and maintain vehicles to dealership standards.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about vehicle issues.
• Ensure estimates and work orders are accurate and timelines are met.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations and procedures.
