Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; entry-level position.
• Entry-level with diagnostic, electrical and engine repair preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Document and perform work as outlined on repair orders following dealership and factory standards.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as necessary.
• Check tire pressure and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components and systems using diagnostic tools.
• Perform repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a neat shop and accountability for tools and manuals.
