Job summary

TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE is seeking a Lube Technician to join our team in Hutchinson, Kansas. No automotive experience required; we train you in the Take 5 way and offer a clear path into management. This entry-level role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be adaptive to change.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Must maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit used to position yourself safely under cars.
• You will walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Need to have reliable transportation.

We will train you the Take 5 way. This program has been designed to accelerate you into the Shop Manager position. Our employees are successful with all backgrounds and experience levels. Take 5 offers a stay-in-your-car hassle-free oil change experience. The job is similar to a restaurant or retail environment. We will train any person that is motivated and has a strong work ethic. Automotive experience is not required. All types of experience will be considered.

Requirements

• Must be adaptive to change
• Basic computer skills are needed
• Must maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit used to position yourself safely under cars

• Always be alert and aware of your surroundings
