Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Lube Manager to lead daily operations of the lube service department, drive volume and profitability, and ensure safety and quality across the site. This on-site role blends hands-on lube technician duties with team leadership and customer service.

You will manage hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and compliance with manufacturer recommendations while reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; automotive background preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in automotive maintenance, lube shop, or similar environment.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role within a customer-facing service operation.
• Proven experience in team management, inventory control, and customer service delivery.
• Must comply with all certification and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume growth and profitability in the lube department.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality service delivery.
• Manage labor costs, expenses, and KPIs.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of lube staff.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper PPE usage.
• Perform Lube Technician duties as needed.
